Complaints Re

Complaints may be submitted by Smartt Re Customers regarding services provided by the Company.

Smartt Re undertakes to respond to the complaint in writing or in the event of consent to be contacted electronically within 30 days. In the case of circumstances related to the completion and complexity of the case and the inability to provide a response within the above-mentioned deadline, Smartt Re undertakes to explain the reasons for delay and submit an appropriate response to the complaint within 60 days from the date of lodging the complaint.
